Fatikong Ultah!!!

Her actual name is Fatikhah, but she wanted to be called "Fatikong Bukan Anak Kingkong". So be it.

Fatikong is the type of girl you can't help getting mad at.
She sleeps in every class we attend (when i said "every class", it means "EVERY CLASS"). We (my friends and I) keep on nagging at her and she keeps on nodding. But few minutes later, she's in dreamland again.
Need more reason to get mad?
Fatikong often misuses her internet connection. She can stay up all night to do mosquito-knows-what. The most recent case: she is to do semiotic study of cin(T)a the movie. It's not yet done, but she's done downloading the schedule of World Cup 2010. Yup, she plays when she's supposed to work. We nag at her about that, too.
Surprisingly (and thankfully), she never gets mad back at us.

Okay, i have to admit that she's useful sometimes.
1. She won't be called "ppt queen" for no reason. I mean, she's got a complete collection of our lecturers' presentation slides. That's why I depend on her when final exam just around the corner. Not only me, I guess. Our classmates too. Can you imagine a total stranger came close, giving her his USB, and asking her number? Well, he offered a lunch too. Oh, what an opportunistic world.
2. She keeps me updated with latest news, both from college and showbiz. In fact, she is the first person to tell me about Ariel Peterporn (What? You call this useful?).
The funny thing is, Fatikong owns this laptop she calls "Soleha" (means "religious girl"). She named it that way cause it just stopped working when it's supposed to play inappropriate video. Haha...

And oh, i happened to be in romantic scenes with her, too...
1. Waiting for the next class, we went to Kopma to buy things. Next thing we know, we found ourselves in a quiet alleyway, enjoying ice creams. Just the two of us.
2. On a rainy evening, Fatikong and I went to railway station. We didn't bring any umbrella ella ella eh eh. Okay, focus. So, we're running through the rain, hand in hand. How romantic is that? When I was about to go home, she lent me her jacket. And when I got home, I received a text message from her, "Mommy, are you home safe?" She said, she couldn't sleep before texting me.
You think it only happens in movies? Nope. I've been through it all, uhm, with her.

Okay, the point is...
I wish you a merry birthday, my baby girl...
Don't be dispirited by our nagging, okay? Just like IU said, "It's a nagging that wouldn't be told if I want to break up. A nagging that can only be told if we are in love."

Proclaimed as the baddest female of K-pop. Don't you think it's gonna be okay to have her as our unnie? She can protect us when, let's say, G-Dragon starts teasing us or something.


Besides, we can be proud dongsaengs since CL-unnie is just so cool.
Kim Hyun Joong confessed that 2NE1's CL has caught his attention. He said, "After I've seen CL, I went 'Wa, that friend is really something', with a great impression."
Even Lee Hyori herself stated that she's keeping an eye on CL.


2. Sandara Park
The adorkable member of 2NE1. This selca master often uploads silly pictures onto her me2day.


We know she's born with superior genes. Remember this list of K-pop's finest female? Yup, Dara ranks number 2. Not surprised if she collects all those celebrity fanboys. In case you don't know, there are FT Island's Minhwan (who's waaay younger), U-Kiss' Alexander, and Park Ki Woong.
Even so, she's not "sexy, naughty, bitchy", if you know what i mean. She admitted, "I don't have much aegyo (cute act) and can't talk easily to men. Men say a few words to me and then they leave because my response is kind of awkward for them. The members who have seen this tell me 'You will never get a boyfriend unless you change that about you'."
So... It's fine to chum with Dara-unnie. She won't steal that idol you're dating. And bonus, remember her cute little brother? We will have access to his group. Uh huh, we can hear you scream, A Plus (MBLAQ's fanclub)!


3. Park Bom
As the lead singer of 2NE1, of course she has golden voice. Her first solo digital single, You and I, managed to come out on top for the Cyworld Digital Music Award’s "Song of the Month".
When we first saw her, we viewed her face as somewhat naughty. Moreover, considered as a female idol with beautiful leg line, she wears mini skirts quite often.


But later on, we think she is harmless. The fact that she was once criticized for gaining weight & that she had to go through harsh diet raise our sympathy to her. She is no longer intimidating. Kekeke.
She might not be as energetic as Minzy or CL, but we really enjoy watching her dance move. It's cute.


4. Minzy
She is the lead dancer of 2NE1 (she splits!). Minzy -- along with her fellow YG fam, Seungri -- is voted as K-pop's top maknae idol. No wonder. This cutie is such a sweetheart.


One fact that attracts many attention is how she looks so much like Daesung. That's how she got the nickname "female Daesung". LOL


If those personal charms aren't enough, here's another list of attraction:
- We don't have to go under the knife to get into this girl group. Many people believe that 2NE1 members haven't undergone any plastic surgery.

Santa Monica is a busy beach smack bang in the middle of big Los Angeles, boasting more than 340 days of sunshine per year.

I was captivated by several respected travel magazines claiming that Boracay island resort in the Philippines has one of the best beaches in the world, I wasted no time in traveling to this island resort to experience what many claimed is a tropical island paradise.

Boracay is a lush tropical tourist resort island about 200 miles south of Philippine s capital Manila and is about slightly more than a mile off the northwest of Panay in the West Visayas province. Because of its acclaimed publicity of being home to some of the best beaches in the world, Boracay island resort is naturally one of the Philippine s most popular tourist attraction.

The island is made up by the barangays of Manoc Manoc, Balabag, and Yapak and is under the administration of the Philippine Tourism Authority. A barangay is also known by its former name, the barrio and is the smallest local government unit in Philippines. The word is a Tagalog term for a village or constituency.

Boracay island was originally the home of the Ati tribe before it became a major tourist attraction. Not surprisingly, the word Boracay is derived from words Bora which means bubble and Bukay means white sand . However, the sand on the main island is not as white as I have expected due to too many tourists and pollutions. Then again, if you visit some of the nearby islands and you will be fascinated by how white the sands on the beaches can be.

Boracay is part of Aklan Province and it was only in the 1970s that tourism industry started to develop. The main tourism beaches on the island are the White Beach and the Bulabog Beach both of which are located on diametrically opposite sides of the island s central area with the White Beach facing towards the west and Bulab og Beach facing east. Of course, Boracay also have several other beaches as well.

White Beach is well known for its white powdery sand and hence its name. The beach is slightly over 4 km long (2 miles) and is populated with numerous beach resorts, hotels, restaurants and shops catering to the needs of tourists staying in the area.

Incidentally, Borocay has more than 300 beach resorts with more than 2,000 rooms ranging from stylish five star hotels and resorts to budget a

ccommodations for backpackers. Golfers will be delighted to know that Boracay is home to a world class 18 hole par 72 golf course.

Bulabog Beach, across the island from White Beach is a secondary tourism beach. This beach is a favorite location for windsurfing and kiteboarding because of its seasonal strong winds for these activities.

When is the best time to visit Boracay? Well, you can visit Boracay anytime, however some visitors may wish to visit the island resort for different purposes.

Catch the spectacular world famous Kalibo Ati Atihan Festival in January. This festival is Philippine s version of the Mardi Gras which is celebrated on the third week of every January.

If you're holidaying in Marbella or Malaga this summer, I would highly recommend a visit to Puerto Banus, although the town is certainly well worth a visit in its own right. It is known as a bit of a playground for the rich and famous, and often draws comparisons as the Spanish St. Tropez. The marina area is always full of huge yachts in the summer months, and flash Ferraris, Aston martins and Lambos line the seafront. Puerto Banus is the place to be seen, celebs will often be spotted dining in the fabulous restaurants or doing a spot of shopping in the areas many designer boutiques.
You can get to Puurto banus easily - it is around a five mile drive from Marbella so if you're planning on having a few drinks with the glitterati I recommend getting a taxi. After a wander around the marina, you're bound to be slightly peckish and luckily Puerto banus doesn't disappoint. When I visited we went to a restaurant called Antonio's which quite simply served up the finest Paella I have ever had. There are several other cuisines to choose from apart from Spanish and most restaurants have kids options so you shouldn't be stuck for choice. After dinner there are a good number of bars lining the marina - so order a nice cocktail, sit back, relax and watch the world go by in front of you.
